Board games are our passion. Carcassonne, our first adaption for iOS is still considered among the very best for the platform. Being board game geeks, we pour a lot of passion, time and effort into our products and we hope it shows.
TheCodingMonkeys was founded by students in 2003 who set out to win an Apple Design Award. Which they did! SubEthaEdit, the first usable collaborative text editor was awarded this highest honor of Mac software development and did kickstart networked editing, like we also see today in Google Docs or Etherpad.
We've worked on a few other projects since then, and even managed to win another Apple Design Award in the process. With the advent of the iPhone we have concentrated on iOS games.

Just in time for our 10 year anniversary we are proud to reveal our new website today.
Yay!
10 years of TheCodingMonkeys. Boy, that's a lot of time. And it went by in the blink of an eye. To celebrate we have reduced prices for Lost Cities and (German-only) Evil Quiz. Here's to the next monkey decade!
Have fun looking around,
Martin.
